I would like to congratulate your team to be the first qualified converter of Avery Dennison, your team has passed the qualification check with perfect workmanship.
We have tested the converted sample of your team. The converted label roll we received from your team are excellent converted RFID labels. The total number of tested labels within the roll was 1,010 - probably missed a few at the startup. There was zero defect. The near-field RF performance by Avery Dennison laboratory and online tester were well within the specification. Further, the inlay placements in the labels were very accurate with very tight variations in all the labels.
Within the 72 rejected labels that you sent to us, most of them (58) indeed had no RF responses. 3 of them were found to be weak, which is an excellent evidence that your team were able to detect and screen out the weak ones. The other 11 found to passed all RF tests, but has some different level of physical defects, we suspect that your team pull them out due to non-RF reasons.
In summary, as I mentioned above, the final converted label products that we have tested one by one in the laboratory were flawless.
